Understanding and Accessing your Jamalife Back Office

Your Back Office is your online account created upon your registration in which you are provided a Username and Password to enable you gain access.
This post is specially for newly registered members helping them have a good understanding of their back office responsible for every transaction and operation of their jamalife business.
After your registration, the next to gain an understanding on is on how to operate your backoffice which you’ll have access to by logging in with your selected username and confidential password. (Note: your password should be saved with all confidentiality).
You get started by browsing the Jamalife site: http://www.jamalifehelpersglobal.comusing a browser on your phone or laptop. Example is your chrome browser as represented below.

Click on the menu tab

Click on LOGIN from the dropdown menu

Here you enter your username and confidential password as below

After entering your username and Password, you click Sign in to access your backoffice

This is how your backoffice looks after you’ve logged in. It displays MY DESKTOP.

MY DESKTOP carries information like quick accessed ewallet balance, Your last sign in, recent joining, that’s the list of recent registrations done on your network. Your binary downline details which is a count of members who joined your network daily both on your left side and right side. And also total number of members who have joined your network since the day you registered both on your left side and your right side as represented below

Now let’s access other menus on our Jamalife Back office by clicking on the menu tab on the top left to access other menus.

Our backoffice can be used to carry out operations like Sign up, Monitor your matrix to know your growth speed via My Network, monitor your achievement via My Achievement, transact with your bonus via Ewallet,communicate through your backoffice to the company, your uplines and downlines via Communication Center. Edit your profile Via My Details. Shop online as a Jamalife member via Jamalife Online Mall. Access our main or information page via Visit Website, followed by the Virtual Office coming soon. And the menu Notifications where we click to get notifications regarding our business. We also have Settings where we can set our passwords and lastly we have the Sign Out button to enable us log out after all our operations.
Now let’s go into details of each menus and when to use them.

• SIGN UP

By clicking on Sign Up means you want to perform a registration. It take you straight to the Sign up page set to process your registration.

• MY DESKTOP

• MY NETWORK

This gives you access to monitor the growth of your jamalife business, to know the stage you’re in. It also helps you to strategize with your team members and plotting right for speedy growth

• MY ACHIEVEMENT

This menu gives you accurate record of what you achieve in the jamalife business from level completion, your bonus record and completion of matrix and reward you’ve achieved in your business

• E-WALLET

Ewallet simply means our financial account where the bonuses we earn is deposited. Our ewallet works more like a bank account. We can process the following transactions using our ewallet: Fund transfer from one wallet to another. Transfer from our wallet to our local bank account. Retrieve statement of transactions done on your wallet. Lastly you can also change your ewallet password and make it safer.

• COMMUNICATION CENTER

This gives you access to communicate with the admin, your uplines from your direct to the top, and your down lines without charge. It also promotes team work in your network.

• MY DETAILS

This menu gives you access to updating your profile where and when necessary.

• JAMALIFE ONLINE MALL

This give you the access as a Jamalife Member to shop online using your ewallet

• VISIT WEBSITE

By clicking of Visit Website, it takes you to our information page where you can retrieve information about jamalife business when prospecting

• VIRTUAL OFFICE & NOTIFICATIONS

virtual office is a service that will enables Jamalife members as business owners to work remotely by providing a range of business functions accessible through the internet. It also enables organisations to create and maintain a presence in a desirable location without the need to pay rent for an actual space. Jamalife Virtual Office is on the pipeline

Settings gives you access to reset your login password at anytime you feel the current is no longer confidential

• SIGN OUT

By clicking on Sign Out, you successfully log out of your Jamalife online Back office.
